Hell, even Dubya said that the U.S. pollutes more than China, although he
wrongly stated that China would eventually pollute more because of
its "huge population and endless coal reserves".  In fact, the opposite
has occurred.  China has reduced greenhouse gas emissions significantly,
while the U.S. continues to increase its output.
