In my opinion, a list subscriber who sends out automated messages to
every single list poster regardless of message content is IN VIOLATION
and should be dropped from the list.

That said, a list admin who deliberately triggers auto-response
messages for the annoyance of list posters is also IN VIOLATION and
should probably knock it the fuck off.

Ruben: please figure out how to either whitelist crackmonkey messages
or unsub from this list.

MonkeyMaster: please either remove the [!Crackmonkey!] header or drop
Ruben from this list.

If the goal of this little escapade has been to annoy Mr. Bad, it has
worked splendidly.
