My point is that a town where they have to put up big billboards on
the freeway that say:

                 PEOPLE ARE THROWING KITTENS ON I-35

                 Please report them: Call 1-877-NO-THROW

...is inherently bad and wrong and should be shut down immediately.

P.S. No kidding: they really have billboards that say that. I can't
help but be fascinated by the disturbing kitten-throwing underground
in Austin TX.
