	Yep.  Right hand for scooping and cutting, left hand for
stabbing.  I'll eat risotto with my fork in my right hand (and the
knife resting on the edge of my plate), but will eat lasagne by
stabbing with the fork in my left hand and cutting with the knife in
my right.
