Probably the easiest way is to sign up for the Free Esperanto Course

If you prefer to work off-line, there's a bunch of books out there for
teaching yourself. Try your local bookstore, in the language section,
to find "Teach Yourself Esperanto." It's probably the best
widely-available book on the language. Probably the best book
available at all is "Esperanto: Learning and Using the International
Language." You can order it from ELNA (Esperanto League of North
America) here:
