[CrackMonkey] macromedia copy protection

While I am not much for the violation of copy protection this might be of 
interest to others.

  How to rip macromedia protected cds on windows os.

  1. download & install new CDFS.VXD
  2. copy *.wav to your HD
  3. Use any ripper to convert !!!
  4. you have PERFECT copy without static

Note: It does not point out that you are replacing a windows
subsystem audio driver.  Not for the meek, or backup impaired.

Also, I do not have the os needed to give this a try with so I don't
know if it works.
