I suggest that any vi users getting a DEC Terminal from me start
thinking about his problem... [pedro gets up and looks at the
keyboards in his closet] ...hmmm, the vt200 keyboards I am in
possession of have the ambiguous (ESC) under the F11 label. The vt520
keyboards I have have (ESC) written under the ~ but above the ` (on
the same key).

Curious.
