If all we need is automation of this thing, I would suggest that we
play it simple.

Just have the maintainer of the named.conf.anarchynic file serve it
up via http.

On the client/nameserver end a simple:
cd /etc/bind && wget http://pigdog.org/named.conf.anarchynic && \
  /etc/init.d/bind restart

in the crontab would be sufficient, wouldn't it?

I know it doesn't allow the 'push' of a new file, but how often will
the tlds change, really?
