Hence the quotation marks. :-)

Courts don't serve parties by e-mail, as yet (oh, and Bennett's not even
a party to this case).  I think you've guessed the basic idea: the
plaintiff's lawyer sent Bennett a copy of an injunction that was granted
against some other (non-Bennett) people, and demanded that Bennett take
down his copy (and produce log files).
