There's an ISO9660 image file:

2.2.12 kernel, if memory serves.

Personally, I would simply install potato, these days.  The beta 
floppy disk images are quite reliable, and you need just five of them
(rescue, root, and drivers 1-3).  The rest installs from the Net, 
smoothly.
