Pshaw! Who voted you into the position of boundary commissioner
for "Real S.F."[TM]. I will not stoop to casting stones at the
commercial centre but don't think you should be so quick to write
off GG Park, Sutro Heights and Baths, Lincoln Park, the Presidio,
Stern Grove and some forgotten shopping areas such as 22nd
and Irving and SW Richmond, not to mention Ocean Beach et al.
True we are sadly lacking in convivial drinking establishments
but you can still meet friendly and interesting people at the store
or the laundromat or waiting for the bus/streetcar. The city
spirit doesn't stop at some arbitrary east/west boundary.
The city limits encompass 49 square miles. How large is the
"Real" city?
But as for people who live in Daly City and claim they
are in San Francisco .... flogging's too good for them.
