Actually, I was thinking that in our hypercapitalist society, a cool
new disgrace would be for two superbowl teams to "drag-out" the game
(as opposed to throwing it) in order to create more advertising spots
(not to mention hype.) The advertisers would buy cheaper spots (since
they would be at the end of the game) except they'd get them for next
to nothing since the networks would run out of commercials. The
advertisers would pay the teams part of the difference. Ok, so it's
probably not feasible.
