It seems to me that this only solves part of the paradox, that is, the
personal effects of smoking, not the actions of the industry or that
industry's effect on others. Also it begs the question whether someone
gives consent to be addictecd. Shrug.
Insecticide, corporate farming,and secondhand-smoke are not necessarily
negated by consent.
