I would say this is a potential politician myself.  All the signs are
there: a basic yet completely inadequate grasp of rudimentary legal
terms, the desire to delegate mundane tasks, and a keen business
instinct (I hear the screensaver market a gold mine these days).

I will admit that someone looking to put a EULA on a _screen saver_ is
more than a bit disconcerting to me, but we should be grateful this
person  opted to use their talent for something innoculous instead of
pursuing their true calling.

Tell her that legal paperwork as important as EULAs should really
be delegated to committee, especially given the ramifications of
new legislation (specifically, the DMCA).  Also, tell her that
most EULAs traditionally include the following notice for 
customers:
