I sent a response to the "shampoo toxins" chain letter which was well over
200 lines, and which included digressions in evolutionary biology, Internet
history, and lab safety.  (The evolutionary biology bit was part of a larger
section on why people suppose that "natural" things are necessarily good for
them and "artificial" things necessarily bad.)

I've never yet received another chain letter from Helen, though I periodically
do get messages about how she's learned her lesson and just deleted yet
another hoax without forwarding it.
