See, I don't get this.  I mean, sure, it SEEMS like it's this really
h*lpful thing that will keep morons from sending usnrircube message to
the list itself rather than to the bot address.  

But it usually ends up just swallowing lots of interesting messages,
and, hell, if you have morons on your list, even if they're prevented
from sending dopey flailing admin requests to the main address, they
are going to find a way to send equally annoying stuff, anyways.

So I say just turn off this feature in majordomo, y'know?
