I thought this was pretty twisted. What year has 19 months anyway?

Subject: [oclug] Y2K Glitch hits already.
I went to pick up my mail at the mail box and recieved a Y2K glitch. I
recieved a letter from the DMV explaining to me that my registration of
a 1992 Buick was delinquent. Well first off I didn't own this car
anymore, so then I started look through the letter to see if I can find
a phone number when I discovered a little gem. The Registration
Expiration date was 19/19/1919 seems to me that the DMV has a little
date problem. I called and mentioned it to the clerk she explained to
me that it must have been a type 'O' so I asked "Don't these messages
get generated by a computer?" "Of course!" she replyed. So I can't
wait to see how well our records are kept come next year when we really
do hit Y2K. Well I figured you would all get a little kick out this.
